The letters are designed so you may customize with person/corporation name and address. The forms are easy to use and will help to make the process a bit easier. All donations will receive a written thank you acknowledgement with check number and amount or in kind item descr i ption.

1. Sponsorship Opportunities Form-starting from $500-$7,000
2.  Financial donation form if you think they just want to make a single financial donation without receiving a formal sponsorship benefit.

This letter is geared towards an individual who has never made a donation to the team. You may use this letter to ask a friend or business acquaintance for a donation. Please make sure you fill in the proper fields to customize.

B. Sponsorship Opportunities Form-starting from $500-$7,000-Individual donor usually does not have the same benefit such as a logo placement. However, they will still receive the same recognition name as a wooden, copper, bronze silver or gold sponsor and would be entitle to the other benefits.

In kind donation letter is to ask for an in kind donation such as dinner for 2, maybe movie tickets, gift certificates, etc. Anything that you feel we can use to auction off or to use to lower expenses.

Please enclose the In-kind donation form with this letter. It will make bookkeeping easier and we will be able to properly thank the donor for the gift.

Hope you will find these tools helpful as you raise money for the team. Our goal is to raise $31,000 and I know with everyone’s’ help we can do it.

I was asked to write an informal thank you so that you may send it out after the donation is received. I will work on that and have it for you in the next couple of weeks.

Please make sure you also tell your prospective donor that we will follow every donation with a written acknowledgment that they may use for tax purposes.
